Cancellation Policy
Class cancellation without penalty must be at least six (6) business days before the scheduled training. Registration cancellations within four (4) business days will be refunded, less a $50 cancellation fee per attendee. If you cannot attend your registered class, you may send a substitute to your class or a credit, less the cancellation fee, will be issued toward a future training session. Any cancellation received within three (3) business days or less will be charged at the full class rate.
